Orders placed on Business days before 11:30 a.m. (EST) Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. (EST) Monday through Friday may not ship until the next Business day. We do not ship on major holidays or on weekends.

3/31/2025 - Fedex has raised their ground shipping fees and is now also charging additional shipping fees if they deem an address to be remote or the shipping box to be over-sized.  Below is the cost; you will be notified if this additional cost applies to your order and be offered the option of making the additional payment or canceling the order at that time.

Rules & Exceptions 

• Shipping time depends on your gift destination.  Please allow 1- 7 business days after shipment.
• Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
• Carriers are chosen at our discretion. -We do not accept 3rd party carriers.

When ordering multiple items...only those that begin with the same product letters will ship together, otherwise, they will ship from separate locations and may arrive on different days.

*Please note: We will always try to estimate which gift will arrive 1st and include a note that another gift is on it's way and will arrive shortly so your recipient knows to expect it.

We have no control over carrier deliveries once a package has left our facility. All packages are handled by the driver's discretion, he may leave packages at the door or elsewhere if no one is home.
