goodI normally wear 7.5 in ladies sneakers, 8 in ladies boots. I ordered these big kid (boys) Tims in size 5.5. They are a good fit (a little on the big side, so I will wear with thick socks & padded extra insoles). I was surprised they were only $68 on Amazon. I read some other reviews about people getting fakes, so I was a bit nervous. One review claimed they were fake since the tree logo was a pale color, and it is usually dark brown. The ones I received also had a pale stamp near the heel. So, I called Timberland company to inquire. I told the rep on the phone that the boots I received were made in Cambodia (my other past pairs were made in Dom. Republic). He said they have factories all over the world and do make boots in Cambodia. He also said the tree stamp logo can come in various different shades, and the lighter color stamp is in fact legit. Last pair I got yrs ago were boys size 5, and they took a while to break in, but they fit perfectly after a few months. This time I sized up (for some reason the size 5.5 was much cheaper than the 5 on Amazon). So I'd say if you're a ladies 7.5 to 8, you can get these in either 5 or 5.5, depending on how snug you like your boots. The original wheat is a beautiful, classic color & goes with everything. This is a timeless, well-made boot and I highly recommend it for kids (and ladies who can fit in boys sizes) since the kids sizes are much cheaper than women's sizes.These boots possessed good quality and they were nice and clean; not a mark on them. Very durable.I bought these because my dogs chewed my other pair. I'm going camping this weekend in the woods, I've had so many pair of Timberland boots, I'm still in question if these are authentic. I wore them around work the other day and realized the stitching on the inside of the boot is already coming loose and it's not tightly stitched together by any means on the inside where your toe meets the boot. You can stick your hand in and see for yourself. I'm a petite female with small feet so i often times have to get kids shoes. If these end up to be worse than true Timberlands i've always bought before I will let you guys know and will be returning them as I got them last week.My 10yr old Daughter has hard to fit feet, to say the least! We have always gotten her good shoes usually fitted at Jamiel's or other high end stores. 99% of the time, we get her shoes, sneakers or boots, she wears them 1-2x's & complains about the fit! I'd about had it & was thinking it would cost less to move to a tropical climate & let her run barefoot!!!! So far AMAZON has been a lifesaver ( hers anyway!) I bought NB wide $40 sneakers & she LOVES them, wearing them consistently 3-4 times a week. Snow came & we had problems...... Uggs are her fav pair yet they aren't for snow & rain :( so the hunt was on! Cheap ones, wide, xtra wide, expensive ones, ones we'd never heard of- ALL didn't fit...then, looking thru the WIDE width section of girls shoes on here- I found THESE. Now I had tried a different brand of work boots & they fit terrible & were made even worse, so I worried. I waited days, looked again, 1left in her size 5.5 wide! I grabbed em' , I was desperate! They came today- I was shaking, she was scared yet another wouldn't fit... Well Dear Lord she put them on & ran around the house smiling & yelling "I LOVE EM' "!! She has a EE width, yet these in just wide fit perfect! I am now looking to buy stock in the company , as I will be buying soooo many pairs in various sizes! THANK YOU Timberland & Amazon! Made well, soft leather & the sole is flexible. A great boot-I'm an 18 year old female on a budget who was not able to afford $160 for the womens Timbs, so I looked into kids. I normally wear a size 7 in women and a 5 in men.I ordered the 5M in big kids for $50 less then what I would've paid for the womens. I was not charged for shipping or taxes so the shoes were a flat rate of $109.95 and were estimated to be delivered the following week, Wed-Fri. I recieved them the following Thursday. Price was good and shipping was good. As expected.At first glance the shoes seemed huge and that they would fit a little big but when I put them on with thick socks the fit was perfect. Thin socks gave me enough room but didn't feel like they were about to fall off my feet. Something I did notice was the right shoes seemed to be a darker shade then the left shoe, which isn't a major factor, just a noticeable difference. Also the tongue from the right shoe seems a little crooked which isn't a deal breaker but again a noticeable difference.This review is a first impression review and I have yet to wear them out as I am looking for different outfits to match the shoes with. Overall, satisfied with price, shipping and appearance.So first off these boots are AMAZING. I'm leaving this detailed review because as a buyer you want to know if the product is genuine and how to size your purchase and I couldn't find any good, detailed reviews about this seller/product.Shipping: Great! ordered friday evening and they got here monday afternoon!Sizing: I'm a 6.5/7 (I lean more towards the 6.5 though) in women's so I really wondered what size would be good. I purchased the 5m and they fit perfectly. Just enough room for thick socks and not too big for thin socks in the summer. The 4.5m would've been too tight for thick socks. So i'd advice ordering a 1.5 smaller from you women's shoe size if ordering the big boys boot.Quality: These are genuine timberlands. I had a problem with another company, soleplace on amazon selling bootleg timberlands so I was worried, but luckily these are genuine. The soles, laces, insoles everything is genuine. Generally you can tell the fake timberlands by the number of shoelace holes (real timberlands have 6-7), the sole (compare the soles to whats on the timberland site), and the general feel of the boot - real timberlands FEEL like good quality. I am a size 6 and I also have wide-ish feet. I tried them on when they were delivered and they fit me perfectly, both with socks and tights on! They came in perfect condition, literally as if I had just gone to the shops and bought them, well packaged and as you would expect. Such a good price and I'm really happy I decided to purchase them (I'm always a little wary about ordering shoes online, especially with named brands such as Timberlands, Dr Martens, Converse etc.. but these are 100% legit which made the price even more of a bargain!) I just need to re-lace them, and I'm good to go :)Decent boots, timberland shoe box was damaged when they arrived & boots were in the Amazon bag, not the box.I had to send them back as the 5.5 was definitely too long for me - I wear a size 5 “wide fit” but 5.5 in some shoes/boots fit me fine.Would have swapped them for a smaller size but was charged £15 to return (from UK) so definitely not bothering as they come from over seas & to make sure I don’t waste money again I’ll wait until I can actually try them on in store.I’m an adult female with relatively wide, size 5 feet. I’ve ordered kids’ Timberlands before, and although they have been fine length-wise, the width has been too narrow. These are nice and wide, though, Length-wise they’re slightly big, by about half a size (not a problem for me). So overall, they’re perfect. Be aware that Timberland boots in general can be hard to wear in - but once they’re broken, they fit like a glove. Happy customer.After reading other reviews I bought size 5.5 instead of the usual 6. They fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable and no need to walk them in like I had to do with my DMs. Great value for money and I’m a very happy bunny.
